At San Diego Drums & Totes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your industrial packaging and storage solutions. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Item
Ensure the drum, tote, or accessory is unused and in its original condition. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been filled with chemicals or liquids.
Ship the Product
Securely pack your item and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to our San Diego warehouse facility.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
